Many people worry about weight regain after stopping medications like semaglutide. While it can happen, it’s not inevitable.
🏃 Keep Moving
Exercise plays a huge role in maintaining weight loss. Aim for:
150–250 minutes of activity per week
Include strength training when possible
Even walking counts.
🍽 Eat for Fullness
Focus on foods that help you feel satisfied:
Lean protein (eggs, fish, beans)
Fiber-rich fruits and vegetables
Whole grains
These foods naturally slow digestion and help manage hunger.
🤝 Ask for Support
Weight management works best with support. Doctors, dietitians, and fitness professionals can help you maintain progress and build sustainable habits.
Healthy weight is about long-term habits—not quick fixes.
